Generally, a series of 5-10 sessions are recommended on a weekly basis to help you progress on a movement goal. However, the frequency of appointments can vary widely depending on your nervous system and the chosen focus of our work together. Consult with Jennifer for what is recommended given your other health care sessions. It has to work for you!
